...and she rested!

Rooted in the understanding that many women—particularly women of color—have been conditioned by systems of scarcity and survival to constantly overwork, overextend, and overcompensate, the program creates intentional space to pause, restore, and rebuild from a place of sovereignty rather than survival.

The underlying theme of the program is Cloaked & Crowned — honoring the full spectrum of feminine identity, expression, and embodiment.

The program welcomes women across the breadth of feminine experience, including:

feminine women tomboys and gender-expansive individuals studs and masculine-presenting lesbians femmes AFAB individuals who resonate with feminine energy women navigating motherhood, partnership, or self-discovery.

Participants move through a guided series of conversations, workshops, and restorative experiences designed to strengthen housing stability, financial literacy, emotional wellbeing, personal safety, and generational wealth building.

The program runs alongside Seeds of Sovereignty at True Alchemy Gardens, allowing participants to simultaneously deepen their relationship with land, nourishment, and self-sufficiency while also building personal stability and long-term prosperity.

The Philosophy of “…And She Rested”

Rest is not laziness.

Rest is restoration.

Rest is resistance.

!

Participants are invited to step into a new mindset:

For generations, women have carried the burden of survival for their families and communities. This program recognizes that true empowerment requires both resilience and restoration.

Time for Sovereignty

From survival → sovereignty

Finding Balance

From burnout → balance

The Gameplan

From scarcity → stability

The Transition

From overwork → intentional living

Through reflection, education, and experiential learning, women explore what it means to reclaim time, redefine success, and build lives rooted in wellness, security, and abundance.

The concept of Cloaked & Crowned reflects two powerful truths.

The Cloak represents protection, healing, and restoration.

It is the space where women gather, share honestly, and rebuild themselves without judgment.

The Crown represents sovereignty, dignity, and leadership.

It reminds participants that they are worthy of stability, security, joy, and generational prosperity.

Together, Cloaked & Crowned invites women to move through a journey of restoration and empowerment.
