Civic engagement and community leadership are vital for affordable housing because they build trust, tailor projects to actual needs, reduce opposition, ensure long-term success, and empower residents, turning potential conflicts into collaborative partnerships for sustainable, well-integrated communities rather than imposing unwanted developments. Our current role in leadership with the Austell Business Association has been instrumental in deepening our impact within the business community as well.
