Volunteer Release Waiver

I understand volunteering may involve physical activity and I assume associated risks*

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in volunteer activities for Fertile Ground Incorporated. I understand that I may decline any task I do not feel comfortable performing.*

I understand I may be photographed/recorded at events

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Fertile Ground Incorporated, its officers, board members, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of my participation. This release applies to negligence (but not gross negligence or intentional misconduct).*

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Fertile Ground staff or volunteers to secure medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.*
