Food Should Reach People Before It Becomes Waste.

Food insecurity is not always caused by a lack of food.

Sometimes food exists, but the transportation, storage, refrigeration, communication, or distribution systems needed to reach families do not.

The Food Access Collaborative brings together residents, food distributors, growers, grocers, restaurants, nonprofits, businesses, educators, healthcare professionals, faith communities, volunteers, and public partners to strengthen how food moves through our community.

Together, we are working to expand access, reduce unnecessary waste, improve community coordination, and build more dependable pathways to nourishing food.
